We take immense pride in the handcrafted jewellery pieces and the human effort involved to craft each piece to perfection. However, if for any reason you happen to be dissatisfied with our product,
- Please notify us at hello@caseofcharms.com about the issue with relevant imagery and information of your order and we will process an exchange/refund immediately.
- We accept returns only if the product has been damaged in transit or you have received the wrong order.
- The product should be unworn and in its original packaging for it to eligible for a return.
- The packaging must include the original invoice, bag and packaging materials.
- The product should be free of scratches or deformities.
- If you receive an incorrect product or an empty box, please send us a video. Start recording from when you tear open the box and bag until the package is fully opened. This will help us solve the issue quickly.
- For sizing issue post wearing photo is mandatory.
- Replacement is possible with same product only for damage/incorrect item post unboxing video is received
- All our products come in one standard size, which is specified in the product descriptions on our website.
- Return is allowed only once.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- The product has to be returned within 7 days of purchase after which the return or exchange is not eligible.
- The shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment, typically within 10 to 15 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
